Mechanical filters and separators isolate particles and globules, but they don't remove pollutants that have become emulsified in the water.  Soapy, oily, greasy water that went into a filter is still soapy, oily, and greasy when it comes out.   Because filtered water that is stored in tanks still has organic material in it, anaerobic bacteria will grow, which will cause the water to smell foul, like rotten eggs, making it unusable.

Bio-technology renews waste water so that it can be reused over and over again.  Anaerobic bacteria cannot grow in our clean water holding tanks because our process eliminates organic compounds.

Microbes convert these pollutants into carbon dioxide and water:

Hydrocarbons, which include FOG's (fats, oils, grease), gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, oil, cutting fluids, hydraulic fluids, grease, lubricants, and other petroleum products.

Surfactants, which include soaps, detergents, waxes, sealants, and wetting agents.

Our process is different because we are able to clean much higher volumes of waste water per cubic foot of bioreactor than our competitors.  Our systems are processing 1,200 to 20,000 gallons per hour in surprisingly small footprints, but the technology can be easily scaled for any volume, flow rate, and pollutant concentration.  We have several options for retrofitting our system into your existing facility, and when designed into new construction our installations can be made virtually invisible.

Above Ground System

This is our 1,200 gallon per hour above ground aluminum tank.  Dimensions are 6ft.x6ft.x3ft.  They can be daisy chained together.  Includes a hydrocyclone.


On the left (bottom half of the photo) is a pair of hydrocyclones for a 10,000 gallon per hour system.  Above the hydrocyclones are the aeration pumps for the bioreactor.  On the right is a cluster of hydrocyclones for a 20,000 gallon per hour system.
